Kamloops Red Bridge

IMC was contracted to support the in-water works at the Red Bridge in Kamloops, BC. IMC provided a sectional barge, multiple vessels, excavators and support equipment to effectively execute the recovery, demolition and disposal of the Red Bridge after it was destroyed by fire in 2024. IMC deployed all equipment to urgently respond to the incident and secured the work area within the Thompson River by deploying log booms and hydrocarbon booms. IMC additionally supported Inland Divers Underwater Services Ltd with the deployment of their ROV to survey the site and create a work plan for the demolition and recovery of all debris in the waterway.
